Research On Financial Investment And Financing Of Beijing Urban Construction

With the rapid development of urbanization in China, population and industry move toward the city quickly. The supply of urban infrastructure turns to be quite insufficient, and the demand of the fund on urban construction become stronger and stronger. Since the problem of insufficient supply of urban infrastructure capital is very prominent, the "bottleneck" effect of the city development restrict is very obvious. So it is very essential to study the finance and utilization of urban construction fund.In this paper, it uses research methods of literature review, case studies, and the combination of theory and practice. Firstly, it introduces the basic theory of investment and financing,public product theory and item division theory. The America and Japan are the experienced countries which have the practices of financial investment and financing early, the Shanghai and Chongqing city also have some good experiences, so at the basis of the introduction of these countries'deeds, we summarize their successful experiences. In this paper, it specially analyzes the deeds of the urban construction's financial investment and financing in Beijing city, then it summarizes the problems which Beijing city have had and gives some advices on perfecting urban construction's financial investment and financing in Beijing city.
