Research On The Investment And Financing In The Process Of Urbanization Of Baoshan City

With the rapid development of the national economy and the deepening of reform and opening up,the level of urbanization in China is constantly improving.For a long time,the government has taken an important investment responsibility.However,the financial funds are limited,and the investment and financing of local governments continue to expand in the process of urbanization.While accelerating the level of urbanization and promoting the development of local economy,it also causes the expansion of local government debt scale and the aggravation of risks.Since the implementation of the new budget law,local governments have been given the right to issue bonds while regulating government debts.How to meet the huge financing needs of urban infrastructure construction and effectively prevent and resolve the debt risk of local governments has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the above background,this paper comprehensively uses various research methods such as literature research,social research,case study and comparative analysis.On the basis of theoretical analysis of investment and financing,taking Baoshan city of Yunnan Province as an example,by analyzing the current situation and existing problems of investment and financing in the urban infrastructure construction of Baoshan City,and drawing on the practical experience at home and abroad,this paper discusses how to effectively solve the investment and financing problems in the urban infrastructure construction of Baoshan city In the end,it puts forward some practical suggestions for Baoshan city construction investment and financing.Through deepening the reform of financial and taxation system,establishing the concept of investment and financing performance,innovating and standardizing the investment and financing mode of local government,it forms a diversified,multi-channel and multi-level investment and financing system with the government as the leading role and the market as the main body,so as to provide stability for Baoshan City infrastructure construction Sustainable financial guarantee.
