A Research On The Choice Of B2C E-business Enterprise Distribution Business Mode And Logistics Supplier

In recent years, B2C e-commerce has been developing rapidly, the market size has been growing year by year. Facing to the broader market, B2C e-commerce enterprises begin to compete. Under the background of goods and operation model tending to be homogenous, competition is becoming "the competition of last mile distribution". However, the widespread issues of high service cost, long delivering time and bad service quality are affecting the improvement of B2C e-commerce enterprises distribution service level.Strengthen the research in B2C e-commerce distribution related theory, scientifically making the decision about the operation mode of distribution business and rational selecting the logistics provider under outsourcing models, are just the basis of solving above problems.This paper researches the decision problems about distribution business operation, fully absorbs the latest research results in related field in order to improve scientific degree of decision-making in B2C e-commerce enterprise distribution system.First, this paper research began from the purpose of distribution business operation in B2C e-commerce enterprises. Contrasts and analyses various logistics distribution business operation modes. On this basis, put forward operation mode evaluation indexes system, improved the traditional AHP and TOPSIS method, constructed the operation mode selecting model based on GAHP and GTOPSIS. Empirical analysis was carried on.Then, according to the different demand of various logistics distribution business operation modes, the supplier evaluation indexes system "4+X" modular structure was proposed based on the BSC theory and designed different indicators. After that, the model based on GAHP and gray correlation method was introduced to select logistics supplier. At last empirical analysis was conducted.Research shows that B2C e-commerce enterprise logistics distribution business operation mode selection and under various outsourcing mode logistics service suppliers selection method system in this paper is practical, scientific and effective, and can help enterprises to choose operation mode and logistics supplier which most matching with their own needs.
