Based On The Grey Correlation Analysis Method Of Urban Green Traffic Evaluation Research

With the rapid development of our country economy, people demand for traffic, traffic contradiction between supply and demand is outstanding, it also caused a series of city traffic problems. Green traffic as new traffic development train of thought, its essence is to create can prompt the sustainable development of urban traffic network, improve the citizens' travel satisfaction, through the energy consume the least amount of resources to achieve maximum traffic supply. With the traffic problem is increasingly serious, gradually pay attention to the study of green transportation in our country, the direction of the research focuses on the concept of green traffic and specific policy measures in these two aspects. Through literature review to our country in the study of green traffic evaluation system is less, the green traffic evaluation system is an indispensable part of. To fully implement the concept of green transportation, must build the relevant urban green traffic evaluation system, guide the construction of traffic planning.This paper from four aspects, such as traffic congestion, traffic safety are discussed in this paper, the research background and significance, through the relevant research literature at home and abroad, and carries on the classified summary, analysis of the connotation of green transportation, on the basis of summing up the basis of the principles of green transportation development and related theory, provide important theoretical basis for the index system construction. Secondly, this article embarks from the four aspects, namely, traffic construction level, environment friendly, energy consumption of resources, social comprehensive, more scientific and comprehensive selection of 21 evaluation index. Then, through the entropy weight method and the combination of the two methods of grey correlation analysis, establishing a comprehensive evaluation model of green transportation, taking Nanchang city as an example, carries on the analysis using the model, finally got green degree of Nanchang city traffic in 2008-2014, combined with Nanchang current traffic conditions, analyze the evaluation results of the model and forecasting, and from the level of traffic construction, environment friendly development of Nanchang city four aspects, such as green travel advice.
