In this paper, the study object is the Beijing Pengcheng 's key processes-order management process 's BPR method. Beijing Pengcheng company is committed to the fire equipment and firefighters personal protective equipment research development, manufacturing and sales, the largest supplier of Beijing fire station,and also the typical representative of China's personal protective equipment Manufacturers. Order management processes related to product market positioning, customer relationship management, market forecast, market development, contract signing, product delivery and after sales service process is the key to the process of Beijing Pengcheng Company.This paper based on the principle of Beijing Pengcheng business strategy and management analysis, combined with the theory of BPR, methods, carried out the order management process reengineering, developed to adapt to the company in Beijing Pengcheng "BPR" method to achieve the theory to practical method to help solve the current problems in operation, upgrading internal management, improve enterprise competitiveness. In a systematic research method, the company set up a process reengineering project groups, the group led by General Manager, the relevant department heads for the trunk, and hired experts as consultants to do this process reengineering.Firstly analyzed the present situation and the existing problems of the Pengcheng's, identified the key indicators of company BPR process and found the gap with the enterprise competition and benchmarking. In the gap in reason, suited the remedy to the case, formulated BPR goals, then began BPR. BPR customered demand-driven, arounded the order management flow process, reformed the organization structure,management system,hr management and the application of information technology. Flatted Linear management mode; transformed department with professional into project categories based on professional team; maked full use of existing network information resources, ERP to shorten the time of information communication, realizing the information sharing; Setted up special jobs, comprehensive management of flow and customers, shorten the customer waiting time and improve the operation. The BPR started from the final in-depth reform of the organizational structure to employee ideas and corporate culture, enhance employee sense of teamwork. Through the study of promotional materials employees, departments and job responsibilities, work schedule requirements change, and gradually accepted and endorsed the business model after BPR. The success of BPR within the company to run after 5 months,the rate of new registration for the customer reached 30%, the new product launch reached 80%, the new markets for 15, product 100% on-time delivery, customer satisfaction to 80%. Achieves the desired targets, but in process also exposed some problems, in the initial BPR, employee cannot accept, suggestions,cannot master in management, some management in short time of chaos. So employee education is very important.
