Multinational mamagement of bank is to establish a global network to achieve the optimal allocation of global financial resources. The tendency of international environment is economic globalization and financial integration,for the internationalization of China's economic development strategy, multinational operations are inevitable choice for Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.Changes and future development of China's banking system must be founded on the basis of international development and global financial markets. Recent years, Chinese banks are facing strong competition from foreign banks, in face of the great reform of China's economic,challenges always go with opportunities, our bank must have the courage to face foreign competition. In order to get development in the competition, Chinese bank must go abroad to get more experience, it will be better for the banks to provide excellent products and services to their customers, especially Chinese multinational enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises.Through research, the papers summarize comprehensive theory, history, status, etc. of commercial bank's multinational operations, and ultimately applied to the development of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. The papers also display the current situation of ICBC, analysis of the historical experience and problems. Compared with the current world economic situation, especially the Asian emerging markets which are the key areas of the Industrial and Commercial Bank, the papers discourse the transnational business development strategy and reform proposals of ICBC from three side:risk management, cross cultural management and manegement of products line.
