Researcg On Hazard Mana Gement In Fire Power Plant

The safety of electricity producing is related not only with the steadiness, profits and development of power plant, but also with the healthy development of national economics, steadiness of society and people's normal life. And fast development of national economics, continuous progress of society and promotion of people's life presented higher requirements on safety of power producing. Based on the theory of fault tree analysis (FTA) and with the actual situation of power plant, this paper classified hazards of power plant into producing facilities, working conditions, work environment and workers'behavior and sub-classified the four main hazards into 54 basic events. Then based on the logical relationship between top events and basic events, the fault tree of power plant was constructed. Then based on the experts' suggestions and historic data, we determined the probabilities of basic events and by AHP method the weight of every basic event are determined. Then we analyzed the constructed fault tree qualitatively and quantitatively based on the theories and methods of fault tree analysis, and determined the main hazards of power plant by probability importance and marginal probability importance coefficients of basic events. The results shows that the workers'behavior is the most important hazard for the fire power plant. At last, combined with track cross theory we discussed the control method of hazards in power plant especially on the control of human factors. From four sides, worker chosen, saftey education, skill training, safety management, man-machine system improvement and process optimization, some sugestions are presented to fire power plants.
