The Reform Division And Countermeasures Of Minsheng Bank

Reform is the force of development. In recent years, with the gradual improvement of the financial market and the intensified competitive environmen, the bank sector has made a gradual decline in the results. The large foreign bank, especially, makes the development of the domestic banks more difficult. So, how to ensure the sustainable development of the bank sector and enhance the results has become an urgent problem. Therefore, more and more banks have found the importance of the reform and the bank has begun to try different ways of reforms to promote development.The article is based on the division, it analyzes the reform division of Minsheng Bank. Reform division is an international organization on the more advanced to fit the economic development of the market changes and the increasingly fierce market competition. The division, however, is not a perfect organization that there are both advantages and shortcomings. This article draws on domestic and foreign enterprises and banks to implement the experience and analysis of reform division for Minsheng Bank. From the special situation of Chinese banking, the anticle finds out the reform feasibility of Chinese banking. And then, the article discusses the benefits and effectiveness of the reform division and also analyzes the problems and doubts including redistribution of vested interests, corporate governance and incentives, middle and back office support and lack of personnel issues and so on. At last, the article provides some ideas and methods to solve the problems. This research expects to play a role on the reform division of Minsheng Bank and renders some references for other banks.
