Meanwhile, with interaction relationship between the logistics industry clusters and regional economic development, the research on situation and problems encountered in the development logistics industry clusters in Liaoning Province will help the government carry out scientific planning and policy, help promote the logistics industry clusters good and fast development, help to improve the Liaoning Province's economic competitiveness, it has important practical significance.This paper try to provide a theoretical basis for the logistics industry cluster studies from the logistics industry cluster concept, characteristics, formation mechanism and mode of development and its economic effects of recognition and so define the sorted out the logistics industry cluster theories On this basis, this paper analyzes the basic status of logistics industry clusters in Liaoning Province from the macro aspects of the economic development environment and logistics industry, then selects the location quotient model to estimates the logistics industry concentration degree of Liaoning Province, and analyzes other industries with the province and the eastern coastal province of logistics industry concentration degree, and get a conclusion that logistics industry in Liaoning Province has a certain cluster and has some aspects of agglomeration advantages. At the same time, at the micro the paper analyzes distribution of logistics industry clusters in Liaoning Province, three logistics industry clusters development model and stages of development and joint development relationship with manufacturing industry. To establish the model about the economic effects of logistics industry clusters, the paper uses SPSS 18.0 software to select variables, then uses Eviews6.0 software for Unit Root Test and model estimation, so get the model equation is:LnPGDP=3.3584+0.2944LnFAI+0.5565LnNOE. This model can explain that fixed asset investment of the logistics industry in Liaoning Province increased by 1%, GDP per capita increased by about 0.29%. Number of firms in the logistics industry increased by 1%, GDP per capita increased by about 0.56%. Econometric model of the economic effects in the test analysis, testing of the model obtained a good result. Finally, the paper uses two weighting coefficient method s to the overall performance evaluation of logistics industry clusters in Liaoning Province, from the level of the logistics industry cluster agglomeration, industrial associations, innovation, competitiveness, openness and regional development potential index. At the same time compared with logistics industry clusters in the coastal provices, it analyzes strengths and weaknesses of logistics industry clusters in Liaoning Province Derived from the Liaoning Province in general the situation of the logistics cluster, it finds in bottlenecks in the development of logistics industry clusters in Liaoning Province, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for related issues.
