The increasingly competition in market improve the status of Human Resources and The Human Resources Management in enterprise's operation, the compensation as one of the important modules has became a hot topic for the academic and the practice circle. Especially the issue of executive incentive in the real estate industry and financial industry,it has became worldwide issues.recently, real estate and financial executive compensation has gotten not only the top row among other industries, but also the big gap between the other executive who work for the other industry. Therefore, studying the impact factor of executive pay has great significance.This study based on the principal-agent theory, incentive theory, human capital theory and corporate governance structure theory,combined with the scholars' research fruits in home and abroad, the writer get a unique perspective:choosing a single industry study—real estate industry's executives compensation to empirical research. From the benchmark factors (enterprise performance and enterprise scale). corporate governance structure factors and the external environment factors three aspects conducts the research, taking the 2007-2009 listed company of estate of financial data and governance structure data as sample, hoding seven research hypotheses, by establishing linear regression model to explore the factors influencing the executive compensation on the real estate industry.The outcomes indicates that:listed real estate companies' executive pay has a positive correlation with corporate performance, enterprise scale,the equity structure, two hats concurrently and the scale of board. And it has a negative correlation with centralization of equity, and the more economically developed areas the higher pay executives obtain, Finally, in view of the analysis of result, this article give some suggestions to improve the incentive effects of executive from system level and technical level.
