The Time Management Research Of Qingyuan Mobile Network Optimization

In this paper we used the mobile network base stations to construction projects in Qingyuan for the research project, combining with today's advanced project time management theory. According to the chart of the project schedule and progress of planning processes, with an example project, we develop a schedule of total network to design a meet the actual needs of the time control the progress of processes to find the correct key to the progress of the key line which will directly affect the duration of the network plan, clearly a key work. Key work will directly affect the progress of the project's duration. The clear key can achieve a right project time management, focus of the work schedule control purposes. More importantly, you can go through it to predict the progress of the trend, so in a timely manner with an effective remedy, better control of the actual progress of the part of the development, and ultimately to advance the project to be completed soon.
