Cost Control Of Agricultural Products Logistic Based On The Information System

The modern logistics cost control is the union of the enterprise whole staffs control, the entire process control, the entire link control and the omni-directional control. The face of the international market to domestic challenges and the internationalization of the domestic market, the agricultural product market competition will be more intense. The one way to stay competitive is to achieve effective control of the logistics cost. .Undeveloped agricultural products logistics system is one of our weak competitiveness factors. In order to achieve the goal which the modern physical distribution specialization, the socialization, the formalization, the informational unify, through the analysis of the Logistics Information System ,with the important role of it in logistics cost control , applied it into our agricultural logistics cost control in order to achieve effective control of the logistics cost of agricultural products.After referencing the recent research literatures, the paper embarks from the agricultural product cost control's concepts, analyzes its cost constitution, then determinates control goals. According to the goals , this paper from the perspective of systematic management of information, first analysis the most important faction---distribution cost control After the analysis of the existing distribution, proposes the principle of reasonable distribution logistics and using of agricultural information system for cost control process; Second , it analysis of the purchase's order business strategy and supplier's sales supply strategy under the information sharing ,also makes a comparative analysis of the logistics cost of the purchase and supplier before and after the information sharing ;then verifies the effectiveness of information sharing to cost control .In the analysis of the function of the logistics of agricultural products on the basis of cost control, from the perspective of inventory and transportation, the paper considers a variety of products and transportation mode selection ,integrates optimization of the overall cost, to try to achieve the management of information system in the entire cost control process .
