The agricultural product quality safety is an important social problem which is related to human's life and health, and that is also a political and economical problem which relates to every country's international image and people's beneficial allotment. Governments and scholars in all countries pay attention to this problem very much and the concerning about management of this problem is becoming most important thing.Most scholars thought the source of this problem was that the managing system of the agricultural product quality safety wasn't perfect. but this text provide that the basic reason of this problem is the information dissymmetry on the market, thus the agricultural product market is out of order, causing the mechanism by which consumer eliminates the inferior agricultural product can't pay an active role. Therefore, this text will go to research the program of managing the agricultural product quality safety according to the information dissymmetry.On the whole, there are five parts in the thesis. The first part contains introduction and theory foundation, respectively consists of First Chapter and Second Chapter. In First Chapter of introductory remarks part, background of problem, the research goal ,significance , thinking route and the content, the research technique ,the research innovation and the insufficiency. Second Chapter has limited the agricultural product scope which this article studies, elaborated the scientific connotation of agricultural product quality safety as well as the relationship of agricultural product quality and the agricultural product safety, the relationship of the agricultural product safety and it, At the same time, Second Chapter has also summarized the externality theory, the quasi public product theory, the reversion choice theory, the signal transmission and the information screening theory, the moral risk and the principal-agent theory. So we can get the conclusion that the agricultural product attribute had decided the asymmetry of agricultural product quality safety information; the information asymmetry may cause the reversion choice and the moral risk, thus causes the agricultural product quality safety level to drop continually; the effective mechanism of eliminating information asymmetry is the signal transmission, information screening and incentive and constraint mechanism's construction.The second part has described and analyzed the problem, the influence and the basic origin of agricultural product quality safety, constituted by Third Chapter. Because the domestic agricultural product quality safety event erupts frequently and the international agricultural product trades are blocked repeatedly, the agricultural product quality safety problem is day by day serious. This kind of serious situation has not only posed the threat to the consumer's life and health, created panic to the public psychology, but also brought the economic heavy loss to the supplier and made influence to international politics image. On the surface, the basic reason to this question is that, four big pollution cause the agricultural product don't be safe , organization form and circulation system backwardness, supervision inappropriate lead the agricultural product to enter the circulation and the expense domain;but if the information between the agricultural product supplier and the consumer is full, even if the un-safety agricultural product existences, the consumer also can put the un-safety agricultural product out of the market according to the price mechanism. So the information asymmetry is the crux of agricultural product quality safety problem, this article will rest on this kind of angle of view to conduct the next step research.The third part has analyzed the mechanism of information asymmetry affecting the agricultural product quality safety, constituted by Fourth Chapter. First of all, between main body of the agricultural product supply chain, there are six kinds of asymmetrical information, moreover the effect of information asymmetry on consumption is accumulation of various links influence. Then, from two aspects of the reversion choice and the moral risk, the article elaborates the influence of information asymmetry on the agricultural product quality safety. First, the reversion choice causes the the"lemon"market to appear, and brings the entire social welfare to drop;Second, the moral risk causes the level of agricultural product quality safety to be lower than the contract stipulation. Therefore, the effective mechanism to alleviate the information asymmetry must be established.The fourth part has analyzed the reason of information asymmetry arosing the agricultural product quality safety, constituted by Fifth Chapter.Theoretically, the information asymmetry phenomenon existence in any field and any link, the experience article and trust article characteristic of the agricultural product will aggravate information assymmetry;In the reality, the mechanism changing the agricultural product trust and experience characteristic to the agricultural product search characteristic is not effective and can not eliminate radically the information asymmetry.
