China is an emerging state,With China's modern enterprise system, the improvement on the corporate governance structure, however the senior management incentive problem has become common practice and academic boundary issue of concern. One senior executive compensation, as the main means of incentive, has discussed scholars. Establish reasonable wage-encouraging mechanism can effectively improve the senior managers of working passion and efficiency, avoid owners and management agency cost much taller, drain and information asymmetry of its negative influence. But in recent years, our country enterprise executive pay salary level soaring, not only, and constantly improve the level and other executive pay gap also expands unceasingly, the gap between their pay that for the reform and development of the enterprise in China, has aroused people's attention.This article selects the deep Shanghai stock exchange in China a-share listed companies as research object, the SPSS software listed company in the selection of executive pay gap and performance of the company relevant research, through empirical analysis can reach the following conclusion: the listed company executive pay gap with the company performance has A significant positive correlation, executive pay gap, the more incentive senior executives enthusiasm, thus to improve the company performance; Manufacturing executive pay disparity on the performance of the company influence than non-manufacturing executive pay disparity on the influence of corporate performan -ce.This article through empirical analysis results and combining with the actual situation of China's listed companies, Suggestions are as follows: at present Chinese enterprises are in transition, should pay more attention to in the design of enterprise executive pay salary gap; Perfect governance structure of listed company, to strengthen the restriction; executive compensation In the listed company, the sample company executive pay disparity on the company performance, and support the positive influence on the theory of view.
