In this era of knowledge-based economy,with the integration of global economy and more and more fierce market competition,in the final analysis,it is the competition of talents.To retain talents,enterprises need not only scientific but also rigorous and reasonable compensation schemes,which can not only protect the interests of enterprises,but also attract talents.However,China still lacks a perfect talent market,and there are many problems in salary management.Therefore,if an enterprise wants to build its own strong position,talents are very important,especially those who master the core high-end technology,they need to attach great importance to talent attraction,training and motivation.Fierce market competition,the core is talent,middle-level cadres are key,H company mainly sells leisure food.Headquartered in Heze,Shandong Province.Due to the geographical advantages of the four provinces in Shandong Province,the business scope has gradually expanded the product sales radius and radiated to the surrounding provinces and cities.H company not only has a clear business development direction but also develops rapidly.But the brain drain has been a problem that has plagued the company in recent years.Through research,based on H company,through literature analysis,investigation and research,field interviews and other methods,the combination of theory and research,analysis of H company's incentive status and other aspects.Based on the existing incentive mechanism,through qualitative analysis and fuzzy evaluation,we can find the problems in the incentive,such as:the incentive function of the company's salary is not strong,the performance management system is not scientific,the training system is not perfect,and the competition development channel is single.Combined with certain theoretical means,the corresponding incentive design is carried out.Based on the middle-level managers,the incentive measures are further designed,such as:improving the overall support ability,broadening the career development of employees,building the recognition management,improving the salary management system of employees,optimizing the working system,etc,and a series of supporting measures are designed to ensure the incentive The smooth implementation of the system can stimulate the enthusiasm of employees to the greatest extent,transform their capabilities into the productivity of the enterprise,thus fundamentally enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise,and achieve a win-win situation between the enterprise and employees.
