Shopping mall is a business form which mixes shopping, eating, drinking, entertainment, culture, art, sports and education et.al. As people improve their life level and change their consume construct, shopping mall developes very quickly in our country.The thesis researches customer satisfacation in small-medium cities of our country and takes the case of Huizhou city to prove customer satisfacation.First the thesis summarizes the literature, combs relatively theory on shopping mall and customer satisfacation.And then analysis the literature on testing customer satisfacation home and abroad. According to the experts and customers interview, based on a lot of related documents and shopping mall status in Huizhou, the thesis chooses the corresponding indicator system of testing customer satisfaction,designs final customer satisfacation questionnaire,makes an investigation on shopping mall in Huizhou city and appies indicator system to customer satisfacation in small-medium cities.The thesis analyzes the result of questionnaire investigation with SPSS. According to real example analysis result and the expert advice,the thesis provides the corresponding feasible suggestions at last.
