The Shopping Mall (Shopping Center) is the result of the national economy which has developed into certain stage. At present, the Shopping Mall has already possessed the terms of development in developed cities and areaes represented by Beijing , Shanghai , Guangzhou and Shenzhen in mainland China, and is in the introductory phase, so it is unavoidable to meet some problems in its developing, among which the irrationality of Tenant Mix is a very extrusive one , which is disadvantageous to the promotion of customer flow of the Shopping Mall to a great extent. So this thesis is intended to solve this problem, that is to say, based on theory analysis and case analysis, the thesis will finally be try making a suggestion.In the part one of this thesis, as a preface, there are a brief introduction about the thesis, from which we can know the motivation and the aim of this thesis, what the previous scholars have studied in the relative fields and the logic of the thesis.In the part two of this thesis, there is analysis of the existing views about the Tenant Mix. By the analysis, we make clear the interrelated concepts and find out the deficiency of the existing theories.The following two parts are the core of this thesis, on one hand, we discovered the mechanism of how Tenant Mix promote customer flow of the Shopping Mall through theory analysis; on the other hand, we concluded how HaiGang City does well in its Tenant Mix and how JinYuan SHOPPNG MALL does badly through case analysis.Based on the conclusions of the above parts, this thesis continued to find out how to operate Tenant Mix well with the analysis of the special environment of the Shopping Malls in mainland China, and finally, the thesis makes a suggestion.
