Research On Optimizing Inventory Of F&D Company Under The Environment Of ERP

In enterprise production and operating activities of each link, such as research and development, purchasing, production and sales and inventory are closely linked, inventory assets especially in OEM manufacturing general enterprises accounted for 20%--70% of the enterprise total assets, thus it can be seen, inventory management of management in enterprise is an important function, it not only directly influence enterprise liquidity turnover, and satisfies the customer service also play an important role, and even the stand or fall of inventory management will directly influence the survival and development of enterprise, therefore, inventory management with the development of market economy is endowed with more connotation and function, always receives the theory and industrial circles the universal attention. In order to strengthen the inventory management level, reduce the production cost, the enhancement enterprise's core competitiveness, ERP as effective management tool has become numerous enterprise the primary choice. Inventory management as an important sub-system of ERP system, directly related to ERP application efficiency. Enterprise through the ERP system can not only know accurate inventory information that can help enterprises to improve warehouse space utilization, accelerate supplies turnover, improve the production efficiency and reduce inventory assets.Papers on opposite namely ERP system concept, core ideas and relations with BPR related elaboration, also based on ERP environment of inventory management the basic principle for the corresponding explanation based on ERP environment of ABC classification management, economic batch purchase and material requirement planning (MRP) methods are discussed.Taking FD company as the research object, which ERP official CPT two years after the actual situation of the inventory management, through investigation and research, find out the current problems of inventory management which is caused by the following reasons, unclear responsibilities rang, warehouse organization set unreasonable, inventory turnover ratio and slow moving material, puts forward optimum warehouse organization structure, and optimize material transaction business flow, and build scientific information management system, strengthening ERP ABC material classification management and so on the concrete measures for improvement.
