With the social progress and development, competition among enterprises has been gradually transformed into the competition of human resources development and utilization. The financial industry is an intellectual-intensive industries. Its highly specialized industry characteristics and the central position in national economy has decided the importance of human resources management. Performance appraisal is one of the core functions of human resources, and perfect employee performance appraisal system is crucial for an organization. This paper takes Chaoyang credit union as example to discuss staff performance appraisal issues of rural credit unions. On the basis of discussion about performance appraisal and performance management theory, the paper first introduces the Chaoyang credit union and its staff performance appraisal situation, then through surveys and data analysis, describes the problems of employee performance appraisal in Chaoyang credit union,analyses the causes of these problems by relevant theory.Finally proposes some corresponding suggestions for improvement . |
