According to the analysis of this paper,Y rural credit cooperatives face the external factors such as the increasingly fierce financial competition environment,the shrinking market space and the sinking financial service center of large commercial banks.On the other hand,through the analysis of its management status,combined with the results of interviews and questionnaires,it is considered that its performance appraisal index management pays too much attention to the evaluation of financial indicators,neglects other indicators,the performance index system is not perfect,the correlation degree with enterprise strategy is low,the customer satisfaction is insufficient,low level of staff recognition,which will interfere with its long-term development in the future.On the basis of the analysis of the causes of the problems,by comparing the common performance management methods,it is considered that the introduction of balanced scorecard method can improve the overall level of the bank’s performance evaluation and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable and stable development of the bank.Based on the balanced scorecard theory and the current situation of Y credit cooperatives,a scientific performance evaluation index system is formulated,and the core performance evaluation indicators are scientifically selected based on four different dimensions.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is obtained,and the research direction of the next stage is determined.A study in this paper has improved the efficiency of performance evaluation of Y Rural Credit Cooperative and provided more support for its sustainable development,While helping it to build core competitiveness,it also provides theoretical guidance for the development of similar banks. |
