According to "GD Grid performance management work plan for 2010," it is clearly as QY Electricity Board Power Supply Bureau pilot units, for performance appraisal in the application of post adjustment, promotion and exit mechanism. Since 2009, QY Electricity Board (hereinafter referred to as "QY Board") pioneered the work of performance management to promote the implementation of a comprehensive, after more than a year of practice, despite some success, but performance management pioneered work is still in its initial stage and QY Council staff in recent years is still relatively weak intensity of job rotation, in order to implement the provincial Bureau of the company and QY pioneer deployment, this paper is performance evaluation results which have applied to adjust the staff positions as a research project which have designed to improve organizational and employee performance, promoted staff career development.This paper is through literature research, interviews and questionnaires, using SPSS statistical software to analyze the survey data to explore the performance evaluation results based on adjustment of staff job application.This paper has researched from performance management and job management two aspects. Performance management, it is the main study how to optimize the performance management process, performance evaluation of contract employees a comprehensive content and to ensure the results of staff appraisal fair, reasonable and accurate; post management, the main job is suitable for promotion and development of staff three professional development channel, then channel model with career development in staff evaluation, based on the talent build QY Board succession planning and job adjustment model, to reach people-post match goal, once completed based on people-post match post adjustment, new talent succession planning resulting form a closed-loop management to ensure that the organization has adequate human resources to drive business strategy objectives. Through two aspects of the above, according to the present power supply bureau QY performance management status quo, with performance evaluation results in the application of adjustment of staff positions, it has developed a performance management process, job management processes and positions to adjust the content of the three areas of work.
