Order Production Scheduling Optimization Research Based On Small And Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprise Of MTO

In recent years, the rapid development of Chinese small and medium manufacturing enterprise promotes the rapid economic development and social employment. According to the statistics, small and medium enterprises are over 90% of industrial enterprises in our country. Industrial output and realize profits tax of about 60 percent and 40 percent respectively, employment of the national industrial enterprise labor 85% in food, papermaking, printing, garment, metal products, lumber and furniture industries, small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise value account for more than 80%. MTO (Make To Order) is main mode of operation of China's small and medium manufacturing enterprises of production systems.This thesis is divided into researching of the MTO company acceptance orders for selective strategy. Analyse the order selective acceptance problems base on the small and medium manufacturers of limited capacity. Comprehensive consideration of the order of the total revenue and order, a chance to risk cost of earnings-cost model system, and by using the actual investigation of the enterprise historical data model example analysis and verification. Researching of the MTO production systems guaranteed delivery date decision problem. Comprehensive consideration of ordering production of small and medium-sized enterprises based on the internal and external environment, the operation of the early period, advance orders completed time, delay delivery time and overtime work the crush or outsourcing is analyzed. And in all received orders must be completed under the precondition of product expected yields with objective of maximizing the build orders production scheduling decision model. The MTO production system for the emergency order inserting decision problem is researched.
