Research On The Order Promising Based On Order Release And Production Scheduling Optimization

The former researches judge whether to accept the influence of planning order in this period,under the situation that the clients' requirement is not satisfied.However,the order production and order release are not at the same time and the production evaluation has its own limit because it bases on the first come first produce strategy.However,there is still some virgin areas existing in this field.The former researches were mostly limited to adapting the first come and first produce release strategy.By evaluating the handover data and profit of original order,researchers decide whether the order can be accepted or not,without considering the release strategy.Moreover,release strategy can affect the production scheduling and this affection will influence the handover date of original orders,what's more,the influence will provide company managers with vital references to help them make decisions.Those are the reasons why order promising is chosen as research direction.The research in this paper is based on order release strategy.Through release strategies and production scheduling optimization,this research extends the content of order promising.The research is developed from two aspects: quality stability and quantity stability.The main content of quality stability research is to redefine the judgment flow and defines the frame model of order promising,in order to provide order promising with frame model and research guidance.As for the quantity stability research,in order to enrich the content of order promising,based on the different affection of production scheduling,this paper defines two order release strategies: Based on the rolling plan circle order production scheduling optimization release strategy and Based on the order handover date production scheduling optimization release strategy.By comparing the load index model with the first come first produce strategy,combining the production reality and adapting inspiration methods.This paper analyzes the production scheduling process under different release strategies in the following aspects:(1)Build the frame model of order promising,at first this paper analyze the process of current order promising strategy,make improvement and extend its structure.Based on this,this paper points out the practical meaning of adapting rolling scheduling circle time and order handover date as the judgment of order promising and analyzes the concept by combining Front Scheduling and Behind Scheduling.What's more,based on results of the former research,this paper analyzes influential factors in detail;during the order review of crucial criteria,this paper makes good use of the different influences of production scheduling to review orders,provides relevant content of releasing strategy and builds the frame model of order promising.The fruit of this paper is to define the research scope of order promising and provide this research with research frame model and guidance.The order promising model lays the foundation for the later research in this paper.(2)Analyze influence of different release strategies on order promising,that is,under different release strategy,how to define the time scope of order production.How to choose the handover date after accepting the order?,etc.this paper first defines the scrapes of order and optimizes the production scheduling;based on this,this paper analyzes the optimization of production scheduling under single release strategy order handover date and mixed release strategy order handover date and comes up with the scrape model;at last by analyzing the influence of production scheduling,this paper proves that the releasing strategy can help the company manager to make effective decisions.(3)Research on the choice of load index model on different release strategy,that is when there are several release strategies satisfying the company's anticipation,the strategy which has the least influence on production scheduling will be chosen.By analyzing the influence of order scrape in different period and basing on the concept of load,this paper builds the load index model;by evaluating the judging principle,this paper finds out an evaluation method which has less steps and avoids the condition that the variant cannot be judged during evaluation.;finally by analyzing the release strategy,this paper proves the influence of order production time on production scheduling is non-liner;the optimization of different release strategy on production scheduling can provide theory support for companies with more accurate order promising.What's more,this paper analyzes and discusses the multi-period load index model.(4)Research on the practical problem solving ability of order Promising model,which is to analyze the real production condition.This paper first compares the research results of target function(the least production time and the max equipment using rate)of 8 different release strategies by using heritage Algorithm and forbidden Algorithm;based on this,this paper analyzes the samples in this condition and its Gannet graph.Finally by using the sample representative to analyze the order promising frame,the possibility and practicality of order promising frame model is proven.The creative points are:1.to build order promising frame model can make the production capacity evaluation more accurate and effective.2.load index models are effective on the comparison of most high stage issues.Companies can realize the fast and effective judgment of order promising,based on different release strategy and production scheduling optimization,in order to get the most profitable position in the market.
