As the middle power of enterprise, Mid-level leaders is not only the participant of established enterprise strategy and exector, but also the link between staff and top management team. They are the key to enhance the cohesive force of the enterprise. The future of the enterprise determins be Mid-level leaders capability, expecially the innovation capability, as well as the sense of identity to enterprise culture and its value, and comprehensive ability such as:management ability, decision-making ability and emergency management ability. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen training of the middle-level cardres to improve their comprehensive quality, extense their minds and drive enterprise with the optimistic develoment. About the public utilities, it is especially important to training the middle-level leaders. Because the increasing demands towards to the pulic utilities, They need jion their development together with people needs through converting management concept,improving the sevice and invovation consciousness of staff. The commitment and identification to these values of middle-level leader could facilitate the identificating of staff that will help the enterprise better carry out their sevice goal. But at the present, the traning work to mid-level leaders in the pulic utilities rest on the incipent part, for example, out study visits, simple training in classroom and etc, which are incontinuity and simple form, and mean the traning system not completed. This article is talking about GAW company found out problems and designed a suitable training scheme for its company after analyzed problems in training its mid-level leadersThe article contains seven chapters. Chapter one is an introduction, mainly stating why chose the topic, its meaning, reseach approach and its construction. Chapter two is about documents study, briefly talking about training theories its researching.Chapter three is about GZW company, simply narrating its bossmanship, products and sevice. Chapter four is the current situation and problems analysis with middle-level leaders training. Chapter five is the requirements analysis with middle-level leaderstraining through three parts including the organization, work and staff. Chapter Six talks how to make a suitable training scheme design trough the analysis of training problem in company/enterprise. Chapter seven is about the buiding of guarantee system to ensure the effective training through enhancing the construction of orgnazation, system and resoures.
