Research On The Safe Operation Of Liaoning Provincial High-tech Enterprises

High and new technology enterprises are a national economic growth factor, China's high-tech enterprises in quick formation and development, have become the main driving force to promote the economic development, enterprises' safety management is one of the normal operation of the national economy and steadily played an important role. High-tech enterprises want to obtain safety management, firstly, we must correctly and comprehensively understand enterprises survival risk, through to the environment in which the enterprises are situated and risk faced by analysis, enterprises ability reasonable avoid big risks, maintaining safety management and gain sustainable development. High-tech enterprises high investment, high income and high risk of inner qualities, the objective requirement of high-tech enterprises managers must take the safety management, improve the safety management to enterprise strategic taken seriously.Based on the theoretical analysis and empirical study was analyzed on the basis of liaoning high-tech enterprises safety management status and developing problems, establish the high-tech enterprises' safety management evaluation index system, using analytic hierarchy process to the weight of each index, and identified by using the matter-element model for empirical analysis, and finally put forward liaoning high-tech enterprises safety management cultivation measures. This paper mainly contains five parts. First, this paper mainly expounds the to choose a background and realistic significance, research status from domestic and abroad, summarizes the research idea of the thesis structure and framework; Second, mainly expounds the high-tech enterprises, definition of elements, characteristics, high-tech enterprises safety management of the connotation and characteristics of safety management, high-tech enterprises of influencing factors; Third, mainly analyzes the liaoning province high-tech industry development present situation, and pointed out that liaoning high-tech enterprises development problems; Four, constructing the high-tech enterprises safety management evaluation index system, this paper expounds the matter-element model evaluation high-tech enterprises safety operation steps, and using the matter-element model for empirical analysis, Five, proposes the liaoning high-tech enterprises safety management cultivation measures from the macro and micro level, described in this paper.
