Since the reform and opening up in 1978,it is beginning with reformations in China.For example,adjustment on the structure of economics, upgrade in the industrial,establishment of the modern enterprise principle and immerged into the globalization,etc.These reformations push the economics' growth in a rapid speed, at the same time.it also brings us a new problem: the difficulties of employment.Especially since international financial crisis in 2008, unemployment situation is serious around the world,the employment becomes a global problem.Economic and social development is restricted by the problems of employment in China, the government has attached greater importance.a series of finance-taxation policies has been issued to relieve and promote the employment.ln the end,financial policy framework has been established primarily,promoting economic development and social stability.But at the same time,these policies and measures still has many defects:finance-taxation policies promoting employment is scattered and not in system; favorable scope of finance-taxation policies is too narrow;Financial aid mechanism is not perfected;Lacking of specific finance-taxation policies to rural employment and the migrant workers,etc.The purpose of this research also just depends on this:Expounding the relationship between finance-taxation policies and employment,studies how to improving finance-taxation policies is be able to promote the employment in the maximum, providing suggestions for our country adopting the reasonable employment policy, to achieve the purposes of promoting employment.
