Study On Evalution Of Intensive Land Use In Development Zones

The past 20 years has witnessed the rise of the development zone in china. It makes significant contributions for social development, but simultaneously highlights the range of issues. With the social and economic development, the problem of population, resources and land goes increasingly fierce. It is imperative to crack the hard nut in the new situation. As the important region of urbanization, industrialization, it is the major part to enhance the ability of land involved in macroeconomic regulation and control and to build resource-saving society. How to promote the potential for land development zone inefficiencies and improve land management zone.And how to establish long-term mechanism of land intensive economical use and lay down a reasonable upgrade programs of expansion of development zones.These are the reality needs of land management.In this researeh, this project based of develop mentzone land intensive use in HuNan Province,we have discussed the researeh background, the purpose, the meaning of the development zone land intensive use and expounded the definition of the land intensive use and summarized the study on the theory both home and abroad.Then we analyzed land use status of development zone. Use the basis data of the project, according to theory of sustainable development, land economics and documents issued regulations of iniensivel and use in Hunan Province, analysis of two typical development zone on Chenzhou city, and comparative the two rounds results of the evaluation of land intensive use and land intensive utilization potentiality on 2008 and 2009.The results show that:a high rate of industrial land and no structure potential on Hunan Nonferrous Metals Industry Park,in order to protect appropriate development for development zone, its should be under the principle of conservation in the intensive land use,and science planning for expanding development zone; A significant feature of the land structure is urbanization and the low rate of industrial land on Chenzhou Economic Development Zone.Its should strengthen the development of industrial land intensity, increased of Industrial enterprises building density and floor area ratio.There is a large space for development on the effectiveness and intensity of industrial land, should greatly ameliorate the investment environment,increase investment in land and improve the land potential. Finally, on this basis, further proposed to the proposed and countermeasures for improve Development Zone intensive land use.
