Intensive land Resources Exploitation of development zone is a major proposition of the contemporary Chinese social and economic development, and it’s one of the key projects of the new round of land resources survey. According to the meaning of the intensive use of land, combined with Present Situation of China’s development zone land utilization, intensified land use can be defined as a development zone business model which oriented by complying with relevant laws and regulations, policies, planning and so on, and which according to increasing investment in land, improving management, taping land use potential and continuously improve the development zone land use efficiency and economic benefits.Nations on the study of Development Zone Land Use Intensity Assessment use more indicators in a single model to evaluate the individual development zone differences, fewer consider the differences in the spatial area and there are problems such as lacking comparison of data, index comparative analysis is affected by subjective factors. This article uses "Driving Force-Pressure-State-Impact-Response " framework, taking Zhaoyuan, Xintai, Lingxian three economic development zone as the object of study, and using the update results of development zone of Shandong province in2010,to do empirical analysis of influencing factors of typical development zones. The empirical results show that, using the DPSIR model is more comprehensive and objective reflection of the Intensified Land Use differences as well as sustainable development; the factors of intensified land use degree exists a certain degree of spatial correlation, and the most significant is the driving force of input and output efficiency of industrial land;because of the differences of geological features and land usage, the indicators of land usage status have a certain impact on the difference of intensive use of development zone.
