| Foreign direct investment (FDI) as a factor of production has comminuted and re-distributed in various industries, regions and this has had a significant impact on the capital formation, technological progress, industrial upgrading, staff employment and development of trade。Since the Reform and Opening, the services of Liaoning Province, and the foreign direct investment have achieved rapid development, and FDI takes an important part in development of liaoning services. So this article analyzes the impact through theoretical and empirical analysis will have a certain theoretical and practical significance. Through using the International Trade, International Investment and some other relevant economic knowledge, the impact of services FDI in Liaoning services have been studied. There are five sections of this article,the first is the introduction part, about he purpose and significance of this study, and research background. The second part is the relations between services and service FDI theory analysis and this part is an important theoretical basis for this article, describes the services and the definition of services FDI, service sector FDI mechanism of the development of services and service FDI as a prerequisite for the development of service industry. third part describes the development of service industry in Liaoning Province and the use of the status of FDI, but also points the deficiencies in development of service industry in Liaoning Province, the fourth part is the core of this article,the first use of Engle and Granger two-step method proposed by EG variable services FDI and quantitative analysis of Liaoning Province, and then focus on the services sub-sector analysis of FDI through the study of some econometric models Typical industry growth. Finally, combinating the fourth part of quantitative analysis with the third part of the theory. This article proposes some of the policies and proposals suggestions when using FDI in Liaoning services. |
