How we can find our foothold in the world which is full of brand positioning is a question that all the people who create and own brand or organization concerne about. Many companies have put people-oriented idea into their own corporate culture, so they must implement people-oriented into brand building.People-oriented strategy requires maintaining brand products and enterprises, employees, shareholders or investors, government, media, public and all stakeholders, consistent with the premise of the relationship between the pursuit of reasonable profit products. This paper mainly uses the case analysis and text analysis approach; the author describe the people-oriented products for the brand strategy of research and analysis.And it is combined the discipline system with sociology, management, communication, advertising, aesthetics, and so on.It is beneficial not only to cross between the disciplines, but also more conducive to research people-oriented system of product brand stratematically.This article is divided into three parts, the first part describes the definition of people-oriented and people-oriented content of the product brand strategy, and analyzes the significance of the enterprise which used people-oriented brand strategy .The second part mainly analyzes problems about brand position in the people-oriented brand strategy, and also proposes to establish a people-oriented brand character on this basis. The third part mainly analyzes the communication strategy about people-oriented brand. It elaborates how to communite and promote the people-oriented brand from advertisement and public relations strategies. It is more beneficial for the construction and maintenance of the brand.Related with other products in the same industry,the people-oriented brand strategy is more favorable for recognizing with people and the society,and more useful to inhance the brand and corporate image.Then the brand can achieve higher reputation in society.
