How Do Smes Go Out Of The Financing Dilemma

Whether in developed or developing countries, SMEs are confronting worldwide fund-raising difficulty issues. SMEs have made brilliant achievements during the past 30 years'with development of the reform and open policy, and their roles in national economic development can not be ignored. Rapid development of SMEs raises higher requirements of larger demands of funds, but the external economic environment and SMEs'self-limitations make SMEs to face an outstanding and tough problem---difficulty of financing.This paper analyses the SMEs'difficulties of financing based on the classical theory in Business Strategic Management---SWOT analysis. It conducts detailed analysis on Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats which concerned with the SMEs'financing dilemma. It focuses on seeking the opportunities and threats, finding out the internal factors of financing, and helps SMEs to choose the effective strategies and discover the effective suggestions and approaches, to deal with the difficulties to offer new ideas. This paper attempts to solve problems with the combination of the management theories and financial management.
