| The engineering construction is related to the national economy and people's life. The price counting methods of quantities detailed list is a new price pattern, which is different from that of the fixed quantity. It is a new price pattern that is fixed by the market.This article first introduces project price counting methods at home and abroad, discussing the background of implementing the price pattern of quantities detailed list in our country, as well as the problems existing today. It has also analyzed each stage of the forming process of current project construction cost, pointing out that project changing is the main root causing the project construction cost"Three Ultra"phenomena.Take different types of municipal engineering for an example, with thorough discussion and research on the frequency of project changes under the price pattern of quantities detailed list, the construction cost is found to be changed because of different kinds of project changes. With the quantitative analysis method, it is pointed out in the article that one of the elements that influence project construction cost is the change of the blueprint, which is the main cause in most projects. The original move of bid documents and the additional projects which are not included in the quantities detailed list are situated second. According to the different characteristics of the project, it has other changes, including the change of contract conditions, the change of the progress plan , the change of construction condition , the change of technique criterion and so on. According to the main reasons causing changes, different measures are put forward from different links and different participating sides to stop changes and control engineering construction cost in each stage of implementing project. And these measures can be suggestions to the hosts, the tender proxy organization, the construction side, the overseeing side and the government. |
