To make enterprises from small to large, from weak to strong and to graduallygrow and develop, from main point of view the major factors are based on thequality of its leadership and cohesion of its team, because the leadership is not onlythe operation team, but also the cohesion force at the core of employees. Fromobjective point of view, the senior managers are significant power for thecompany's operation and development. Company's success depends largely on theability of senior management and their level of play. In small and medium sizecompanies, the stability of senior management team is the protection for achievingof corporate strategic objectives and the key points for obtaining of healthydevelopment of enterprise. How to motivate employees and senior managersdecided the company needed the auxiliary personnel policy to complete thestrategic objectives. The performance evaluation is a measure of corporateemployees and senior managers to complete the major tasks and the tools forstimulating.This paper will combine business development and company's currentsituation, in the view of the theory of organizational behavior and the basic theoriesof business management, and based on the continuous realization of corporatestrategic objective, accumulation of economic strength and growth. It is alsoconsidering the stimulation from small to large, from the short to medium or longterm continuous development and change, and gradually improving the process ofincentive mechanism. We established an incentives suit for the characteristics of thebusiness. It pays more attention to the achievement of self-worth and thedevelopment of personal ability. Also, it improves the organization's cohesion. Wedeveloped a Performance Appraisal System which highlights objective management,and try to design a simple and rational program which is evaluate the organizationaland employees'performance effectively. It focuses on the improvement ofindividual performance. Therefore, it can enhance the senior managers and staff'ssatisfaction and motivation; also it can enable enterprises to achieve the businessstrategic objectives better and faster.Through the discussion of this paper, it will provide the real case study forother SMEs to gradually establish and perfect the incentive and performance evaluation system which for Senior Managers and employees while theachievement of corporate strategic objective.
