The Research Of Entrepreneurial Failure's Impact Together With The Regulation Of Social Support On Entrepreneurial Learning

It is well known that entrepreneurship has become quite important for our economy and people's passion on entrepreneurship is booming as time goes by. More and more people take part in the activity and as a result entrepreneurship research has become a hot topic for school researchers. At present, the importance of entrepreneurial learning has been acknowledged to all, the relevant research has just on the way. However, most researches stopped their steps on the superficial level, they just discussed the definition,the model and so on. This is not enough, it is necessary to develop the statistic analyze. Besides, statistics show that entrepreneurial failure is a more common phenomenon compared with success. It is necessary to find out the relation and impact of entrepreneurial failure on entrepreneurial learning. Moreover, as a social activity, the social factor may have a deep affection on the individual of entrepreneurism. Thus we must also analyze the effect of social support.This research aims to discuss the affection of entrepreneurial failure on entrepreneurial learning and the moderation of social support in order to improve the knowledge of failure. And also to advocate the whole society providing more support and encouragement so that entrepreneurs could spur more passion and spirit.On the basis of previous studies, this research draw up the questionnaires about the entrepreneurial learning then explore the dimensions of entrepreneurial learning through the statistical analysis. And also this research discusses the relationship between entrepreneurial failure and entrepreneurial learning. There is also a research about the moderate affection of social support on the relationship between entrepreneurial failure and entrepreneurial learning. The main conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1)The dimensions of entrepreneurial learning is consist of cultivation of self-efficacy, learning of entrepreneurial knowledge, learning of entrepreneurial skills and the transformation and usage of knowledge and skills.(2) Entrepreneurial failure could stimulate entrepreneurial learning. Entrepreneurial failure has a positive affection on learning of entrepreneurial knowledge, learning of entrepreneurial skills and the transformation and usage of knowledge and skills. But it has not an obvious function on the cultivation of self-efficacy.(3)In the relationship between entrepreneurial failure and entrepreneurial learning, social support has a positive function.
