Analysis Of Stability Of Industrial Cluster On The Network View

With the rapid development of the economic globalization and information technology, as one kind of distinctive and competitive new economic organization, industrial cluster has particular economic and social attributes, being different from the general organizational forms. Industrial cluster has been the important force to facilitate and promote economic development in various regions of China, and becoming more and more important in the entire national economy. The problem of its stability is the key to development. Industrial Cluster Stability Research has a clear practical significance to the development of itself as well as social economic development. Stability analysis is also a supplement to Industrial Cluster theory and Organizational theory.The paper will be of the opinion that industrial cluster is one kind of network organization, analyzing the power of formation and development, performance and dynamic process of adaptation to the environment. Then on the view of network organization, the paper gave the specific definition of industrial cluster, classified cluster network organization, and analyzed every kinds of industrial cluster'stability problem. After detailed analysis of the premise, the paper summed up the necessary conditions of the steady industrial cluster, analyzed the items that influence the stability. Then this article proposed that Mixed Cluster Network structure that adapt to the environment dynamically is the most likely type of steady industrial cluster type. The relationship between the core node and its subsidiary node companies is the factor that affects the cluster stability most.In order to maintain clusters'stable relations between enterprises and manage clusters efficiently, this paper built an incentive model of single-principal multi-agent concerning the stabilization of Industrial Cluster network, based on the related theory. To make the model more reasonable, some parameters measuring the industrial cluster stability are used, and a series of useful conclusions about incentive coefficients came up, based on return node testability analysis.Finally based on the incentive model and the application rules, this article study the stability of industrial cluster network and analyze the application of the incentive model in industrial cluster in China.
