Frstly introducion the tendency of green finance, analysis the imporatant of the low-carbon economy. second, In Chapter 2, Introducing the calculation model of the abatement costs for carbon dioxide. Mainly includes top-down model, bottom-up model and comprehensive evaluation model. This paper calculated the abatement costs model is top-down model, The relationship of the consumption of energy and carbon emissions is a linear, so this paper uses the impact on the economy of energy consumption to measure the abatement cost for carbon dioxide.Based on the var model and impulse-response funtions,we construct the model for computing the abatement costs of carbon dioxide, untilizing the model this paper estimates the marginal economic impact of the aggregate energy consumption and different energy consumption including coal petrolum electricity and gas.Since the abatement costs for carbon dioxide from different fossil-fuel consumption is different, so fuel-swithing is a well envrionental policy capable of reducing carbon dioxide. Developing clean energy technology is the very good choice for reduction greenhouse gas.Chapter 1 is an introduction to introduce the research background, propose the question, review relevant literatures, propose research methods and ideas, And puts forward the abatement pressure. And also introducing our current development status of low carbon economy. In Chapter 2, Introducing the calculation model of the abatement costs for carbon dioxide. In Chapter 3, firstly we introduce the analysis method, then we conduct empirical analysis based on empirical data of our country. In chapter 4, we explain the empirical results, and we think fuel-swithing is a well envrionental policy capable of reducing carbon dioxide by the our country condition.
