With advances in technology, economic development, the extensive application of information technology, consumer demand for more personalized presentation, a variety of features, customers buy goods not only concerned about the quality of goods, more will consider select additional value of goods and services better, so more and more enterprises are turning to customer needs and maximize the benefits for the business objectives. Customer satisfaction analysis has become a work of great concern to companies in the growing network marketing today, companies can only improve customer satisfaction in an invincible position in the competition.From the theoretical and practical aspects of online shopping customer satisfaction study carried out systematically.First, introduce the development and status of online shopping, and unique student population specific analysis of consumer behavior, consumer behavior characteristics summed up the performance of students is like the pursuit of fresh and fashionable, convenient, there is a strong group identity, but the spending power limited and more rational consumption and performance and so on.Second, the mainstream models based on customer satisfaction measurement to improve, the online shopping transactions to this new study, to include customer satisfaction measurement, will study the sale of shopping from the traditional two-party transactions being transferred to the customer, shopping sites, personal shop, online banking, courier companies (including the post office) five parties, establish the shop image, customer expectations, perceived quality, safe, reliable, customer complaints, customer satisfaction index of six variables for the model of online shopping customers Students satisfaction evaluation model.Third, students selected the model of online shopping customer satisfaction measurement approach - demand satisfaction with the quality fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this method can solve the evaluation process, qualitative to quantitative conversion of the problem, to make up for the existing customers evaluation method for evaluating satisfaction with the process of single, subjective and so inadequate.Fourth, Yan'an University, college students as a case in the empirical analysis, the use of questionnaires in the form of visits and completed the data collection, application of models and methods arrive at a final result, according to survey results analysis, enterprise should focus on perceived quality, safety reliable in doing the work, the same students also made some suggestions on that college students should seek to purchase goods in convenient, affordable at the same time, the online shopping service on the parties a reasonable and objective evaluation is given, the other in a timely manner to protect their legitimate interests. Through the joint efforts of all parties to promote enterprises to continuously improve the online shopping satisfaction.
