At present, the internet is becoming more and more popular, with the development of the internet the electronic commerce industry also entered a hitherto unknown prosperity phase. Also online shopping has an unprecedented development as an important part of electronic commerce industry, especially the online retail industry for example Business-to-Customer code is developing rapidly. Although the e-commerce develops very fast, supporting facilities and legal protection don’t catch up its step. What’s worse, it leads to many troubles with the customers when shopping online. The major shopping sites may make improvement according to these problems, but these passive improvements will inevitably cause the loss of customers, so that companies should put meeting customers demands in the first place, or it can not win its own space in this cruel competition.This paper is based on customer satisfaction theory, and studied on customers satisfaction degree of online shopping in e-commerce environment. At first, extensive mass survey and large data processing be carried out. Then analysis the problems of online sales at present in the electronic commerce environment of our country according to the survey results. Depend on these problems, made a research about the customers satisfaction degree of online shopping, and try to find out the potential needs of customers and the reasons of affect the customers satisfaction. Then set up a relatively independent evaluation index system through the use of fuzzy clustering to eliminate indices. This paper based on a electronic commerce website to describe how to use this method in the analysis of customers satisfaction after elaborate the unascertained theory and its feasibility. At last the paper puts forward the four corresponding countermeasures to improve the competitive advantage of electronic commerce company according to its actual situation and the results of comprehensive evaluation to ensure the healthy development of electrical commerce.
