Research On Enterprise Competitive Intelligence System In The Internet Environment

With the developing of global economic environment and the increasingly competition, more and more enterprises start to introduce competitive intelligence and construct competitive intelligence system and focus too much on the positive effect of competitive intelligence. But in the internet environment, enterprise competitive system shows many extraordinary characteristic and carrying out the work of competitive intelligence is facing opportunities and challenge from all sources, so that research on the enterprise competitive intelligence system in the internet environment becomes more important.Under this background, on the ground of systemic basic theory, this paper clarifies the new features of competitive intelligence work in the internet environment. And then, this paper constructs the model of enterprise competitive intelligence system which is composed of competitive intelligence data management system and competitive intelligence analysis system. And then this paper discusses the building program of enterprise competitive intelligence system from the aspects of competitive intelligence data management system and competitive intelligence analysis system. Finally, in order to evaluate the value of enterprise competitive intelligence system, this paper put forward a performance assessment model of enterprise competitive intelligence system, and then carries out an empirical research on one enterprise.The significance of this paper is to specify on how to introduce competitive intelligence, guide and coordinate the implementation of competitive intelligence. As for the specialized agencies and companies, when they develop the competitive intelligence system meeting the needs of users, the paper expects to provide them with relevant theories and system model. Finally, this paper may also provide some materials and basis for the current academia on deepening the theoretical level of competitive intelligence.
