Reconstruction Of Enterprise Competitive Intelligence System Based On Big Data

In this article, a new enterprise competitive intelligence system, the interactiveenterprise competitive intelligence system, is brought out by the author after making acareful study about the concepts of big data and enterprise competitive intelligencesystem in and abroad. The Key Intelligence Topics(KITS) and the boundary objects ininteraction theory are combined to meet the rise of the big data. The current status andproblems of the enterprise competitive intelligence system are analyzed and based onthe results, a concept frame of interactive enterprise competitive intelligence system isput forward combing the KITS and boundary objects. Then a detailed competitiveintelligence system using the new concept frame are discussed. Two famousenterprise competitive intelligence systems, the TRS ECIS and Goonie ECIS, are usedas examples to make a better understanding of the new concept. At last, the drawbacksand limits of the new system are discussed and possible solutions in the future arestated.
