The changing economic environment, as the macroeconomic regulation and control tools, monetary policy with the changing economic environment has been replaced with tightening type of implemented monetary policy and expanding type of monetary policy. The implementation of tightening monetary policy is timely to overheating of the economy, and the implementation of expansion monetary policy can ease the downturn of the economic situation and improve the economic environment.Most of all are taking into account the effects of monetary policy transmission capacity for economic regulation, but are often overlooking as a transmission link most major policy performer—commercial banks'impact, this article on the above themes theory analysis and exploratory analysis, by hypothesis testing, and regression analysis on monetary policy affects the performance of commercial banks to conduct an in-depth study, from two types of quantitative monetary policy and price-type monetary policy discussions, has a result in: a positive number indicates that, the effects of monetary policy tools through commercial bank's liquidity which have an impact on business performance, and price-type monetary policy tools by bad loans rate, current ratio to impact the performance of commercial banks; second, monetary policy on the impact of the performance of commercial banks has a lag; three, there is a lag on a large scale commercial banks in the monetary policy's impact; four, loose of quantitative monetary policy and tightening price type of monetary policy have a good influence on the overall operating performance levels of banks, on the other hand, negative; five, the amount of the cumulative effect of price-type monetary policy capacity is greater than the cumulative effects of quantitative monetary policy. Finally, combined with China's monetary policy and the current status of commercial banks, the relevant policy proposals.
