In this paper, an all-sided cost management process is planned through a road engineering case, and the cost management of road engineering is standardized and improved.This paper also discuss such issue, managing the project quality cost and project term cost effectively, prompting a balanced development of project cost management, and achieving the maximization of project overall efficiency.
