The Research Of Customs Clearance Crisis Management On World Exposition

World Exposition wields the greatest influence in international exhibition events. It has high attention level and it demands exigent on Public Administration. Especially, it requests efficient logistics service. Customs is the supervise department on nation importation and exportation and it is a core department in customs clearance of World Exposition, and it is the advancing front department of Public Crisis Management.This thesis researches into how to improve the quality of customs clearance administration on Hallmark Event as World Exposition and how to develop the level of Customs Clearance Crisis Management while studying into customs clearance on 2010 Shanghai Expo and comparing on Japanese Aichi Expo correlation theory. Especially, this article is based on Expo, analyzing the connections on dealing with emergency event on the way of Crisis Management, and trying to seek the problem of the process. The thesis chooses three parts to study the effect of the Customs Clearance Crisis Management in Expo. This thesis tables a proposal on developing the Risk Management, building the Coordination Mechanism, and improving the Public Sentiment Disposal, which the Customs Clearance Efferent will be promoted. This thesis applies many practical cases on Shanghai Expo to analyze Customs Clearance management from the point of Public Management.
