With the introduction of the China's top ten industries revitalization plan, the logistics industry development has become an important aspect of a national macro-economic regulation and control. According to the commitments when China joined the WTO, the foreign enterprises are gradually present in China and seizing the market share with the domestic enterprises. The logistics services as "the third profit source" has become the focus of domestic and foreign enterprises pursued. In recent years, from freight forwarding to Logistics Park, various provinces and municipalities have set off a wave of logistics heat.In the process of rapid development of logistics services, the various problems are present one after another. Mainly that:(1) a single service, most companies can only provide a single storage, distribution, or packaging and other services; (2) services are not standardized, reflecting in the provision of logistics services, there is no unified and rigorous reference standards; when measuring the service level, it is lack of basis, and too subjective; also reflecting in the low quality of service, most personals in the logistics service have not received specialized training in the logistics business; (3) the introduction of laws, regulations and other policies cannot meet the logistics industry development level. When it appears some other phenomenon of law and discipline, there is no corresponding policy to bind, which results scattered, chaotic phenomenon in the development of logistics industry.In the competition with foreign-funded enterprises, domestic enterprises show the above shortcomings. Facing of fierce competition, service quality and efficiency become the basis for the development of winning. Based on the analysis of these issues, this paper designs the service quality indicators, which can be used in the logistics enterprises. Viewing form the improving of the logistics services quality sources, it analyzes the logistics services design, logistics services supply and logistics services relationships, as well as the logistics of the technical quality and functional quality. The main aim is providing a reference for improving the logistics service quality. Finally, focusing on the specific logistics enterprises, evaluating them using the designed index system, it will get the reference for the logistics enterprises to improve the services quality. Innovations of this paper are:(1) it designed the service quality indicators from the perspective of logistics service quality source, namely the logistics services design, logistics services supply and logistics services relationship. (2) Increasing the evaluation index "environmental factors", such as service security and energy savings measures, which contacts with the current hot spots, making the applicability of the article stronger.
