Research On The Evaluation Of Smart Service Readiness For Emerging Technology Driven Manufacturing Enterprises

With the raw materials and labor prices growing,the traditional manufacturing industry by simply providing products have been unable to meet the production needs of life,the traditional manufacturing industry needs to rely on cloud computing,big data,networking,artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies of transition from manufacturing based on the product as the core to provide intelligent services to products.But for manufacturing enterprises,from which aspects of the transformation,whether it is ready to do a good job of transformation is the focus of attention.Therefore,this paper constructs the intelligent service readiness system of manufacturing enterprises,discusses the influencing factors of intelligent services,and takes 24 enterprises as an example to analyze its readiness level.First of all,dealing with the literature review which is related to the concept of intelligent,including the product service system,intelligent products,intelligent services and service innovation model.Based on the literature review we constructs intelligent assessment index system of service readiness for emerging technology driven manufacturing enterprises;then,according to the experts evaluation to determine the index weight fuzzy AHP;thirdly,with the help of R language on the 24 enterprises data for text analysis,statistics of word frequency and its standardization;finally according to the weight of each index and the result of standardization,we get the readiness assessment score model.According to the evaluation score model,the final ranking of 24 enterprises is given.Of which 9 enterprises scored significantly higher.And the four readiness indexes are relatively high,proving that also have better readiness of its intelligence service and the enterprise can make use of their own advantages and conditions to provide users with intelligent services.And No.14 enterprise,No.17 enterprise,No.7 enterprise,No.13 enterprise ranked behind.Their readiness is relatively poor.They need to learn from the high scoring business practices,adjust strategic deployment,to provide good intelligent services;No.12 enterprise,No.5 enterprise,No.3enteiprise,No.15 enterprises,No.6 enterprises,No.16 enterprises need to give full play to the advantages in carrying out intelligence services,to strengthen vulnerable factors;The remaining scores in the enterprise can not let down,also need to learn from the excellent enterprise.Through the introduction of new technology,enhance product intelligence network,focusing on user participation and organization adjustment ways to promote the intelligent service process.This paper is a new topic,through the literature search we found that the present research on readiness assessment of intelligence services in manufacturing enterprises has just begun,the related literature is rare,therefore,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of intelligent service readiness to enrich the theoretical research;In addition,the research on manufacturing enterprise intelligence service provides a set of readiness for the evaluation of the method,which not only has a good reference for other enterprises,other enterprises can also make a contrast with the 24 enterprises;To have better readiness for business intelligence services,they provide a good demonstration role in the manufacturing industry service transformation,to provide the reference and with the implementation of the method;and the score less rational enterprises through various indicators of self-examination of the case,find the corresponding out of their own shortcomings,and learn best practices,to improve and upgrade;The enterprise which are not to participate in the selection measure their intelligence service readiness status according to the results of 24 companies,according to their own situation to adjust strategic deployment,to provide intelligent services.Therefore,the evaluation of intelligent service readiness has great reference for manufacturing enterprises' service transformation.It lays a solid foundation for enterprises to timely adjust their organizational structure and strategic direction,and better meet the standard of service transformation.
