The Research On The Influencing Factors Of Customer Loyalty In Household Stores Based On Experienced Marketing

A lasting development of an enterprise needs continuous trust and support from external customers except the inner excellent conditions. The customer loyalty could be the appropriate explanation for the intangible assets in the company, becoming the fortitude cornerstone of the upward development. A research said that the cost of searching for new customers is 5 times more than that for obtaining the current customers. Therefore, the company has to pay much more cost to lead the potential customers to their products and services. Thus it can be seen that obtaining the current customer loyalty is important for company's rapid expansion and keeping stable market share. Furthermore, under the experienced economy , the connotation of customer loyalty has been changed due to the increasingly various demands from customers, as well as the influencing factors .Therefore, the business operators has been facing more and more uncertainty of controlling the customer loyalty. This article has combined the research results of predecessors in the area of the experienced economy marketing and customer loyalty with the characters of household stores consuming activity, making hypothesis on the influencing factors of household stores customer loyalty based on the experienced marketing. The writer implemented the empirical research on the household stores.From the above objectives, this article based on the achievements of processors, has combined the customers'loyalty and the household stores considering the experienced marketing. The hypothetical model has been empirically researched with the relative conclusions.
