As a concrete embodiment of airlines'products, the flight schedule is the core elements and the basis of airlines'any other operation activities. The scientific and rationalization of flight schedule plays a crucial role in airlines'decision-making of operation management. This paper is mainly about the quality evaluation of flight schedule from three aspects which includes the economy of flight schedule, the market competitiveness and the flight schedule delays.First of all, the paper systematically analyses the definition and calculation method of each index which is used for evaluating the economy of flight schedule. Focus on the method of airline benefit analysis, it makes use of the factual data to classify the airline by a Fuzzy Interactive Self-Organizing Data method and analyses the typical airline. Secondly, it introduces concept and calculation method of load factor based value weight and analyses its application value in the airlines'actual operation. Focus on the analysis of the factors that affect market share of the object airline. According to explanative variables such as flight frequency, fleet index and the average fare, we propose an object airline market share model in the competitive circumstance, then analyes it with SPSS and validate the estimated effect of the model. Finally, this paper gives an overview of flight delay, analyses the reason of delay and introduces the management of delay at home and abroad as well as delay statistical index. It gives a detailed analysis of the delay due to the flight schedule itself according to field research, and explores a solution according to the airlines'actual operation.
