With the trend of economy globalization coming, enterprises'management face turbulent change and the environment uncertainty which enterprises face is increasing. The enterprises which are able to response quickly to the changeful environment of market could win in the drastic competition. In order to face unceasing change the environment's challenge. The enterprises pay more and more attention to modern Supply Chain Management which emphasizes response efficiently and quickly to the market for farthest satisfying consumers and increasing consumer satisfaction. Flexibility has gradually become one of the most important indices for measuring Supply Chain performance.Chinese manufacturing enterprises not only want to improve the status in quo of uncultured management, but also need to increase service quality and response quickly to the changeful market through availably conforming resources. The flexibility of Supply Chain Management could help enterprises improve methods of management, enhance reactivity and increase competition of the whole Supply Chain. Therefore, this thesis primarily explores the flexibility of Supply Chain Management basing on manufacturing enterprises in the environment. Through systematically analysis of the impact mechanism of the Supply Chain flexible, measurable indices for flexibility evaluation and build flexibility evaluation model for Supply Chain Management System. These help enterprises provide important ideas for pertinently implementing flexible management.First, from the Meta Graph theory, the environment uncertainty theory and the existing flexible theory, the thesis make the summary, and point out the article's direction. Second, the thesis select time, cost, capacity, uncertainty from the literature and build Fuzzy-Meta graph Supply Chain time, cost, capacity model adding uncertainties. It gives algorithm design and algorithm complexity analysis. Finally, through one enterprise's case, it uses MatLab to measure algorithm and multi-objective goal programming approach to analyze the above mentioned calculation results. This helps enterprises select the best program.In general, through the Supply Chain flexibility of manufacturing enterprises, on the one hand, it is important to build the flexible Supply Chain and select the appropriate Supply Chain; on the other hand, it help to provide a reference application to measure other indicators of the Supply Chain using Meta Graph.
