Occupational commitment is an attitude that people take to their occupation. This attitude will influence people's work performance and other aspects. In the knowledge economy, for the knowledge employee who was the key resources of the organization, the most important work is learnning, and their attitude on occupation would surpass their work performance. So in the recently, the relationship between the occupational commitment and learning performance is a very important topic for psychology, organizational behavior and management science. Knowledge employee's autonomy and liquidity are very strong, so the turnover intention of them may be less then the occupational commitment of them. For this reason,this research selected the occupational commitment and learning performance of the knowledge employee in the IT enterprise, as the object of research. This research hope to find the relationship between them, and explore the way to enhance the performance of knowledge employee. This research has five parts:First of all, is the preface, which introduce the background, meaning and purpose of the research.Second part, is the document analysis. From the documents we found the theorecial basis of this research.In the third part, on the base of document analysis, we designed the questionnaire, then introduce the analytical approach and tools.In the fourth part, we analysed the date through SPSS16.0 and AMOS5.0, and find the reliability and validity of us quedtionnaire is in the high level. We also found the four-dimensional structure of employee's occupational commitment is fit for the knowledge employee in the IT enterprise. At the same time we found knowledge employee's occupational commitment and learning performance had significant variances in individual with ANOVA .We found that knowledge employee's occupational commitment and learning performance had a significant positive correlation through correlation anaiysis and regression anaiysis. And different dimensions of the occupational commitment did have an impact on the different dimensions of the learning performance.This was fellowed that with the use of correlation anaiysis and regression anaiysis, we found the intermediary variable emotional commitment has significant intermediary function on the relationship between occupational commitment and learning performance. We also found the moderate variables had significant moderate function on the relationship between occupational commitment and learning performance.We summarized the results of this research in the last part. Current limitations and research orientation were also be discussed at the end.
