Research On Financial Support To The Vigorous Development In Northeast Region

Now the discussment about the vigorous development in northeast region, is under the background of the perfection of Chinese market economy and increasingly deep opening, But under the market economy, finance is the core of economy,only establish a effective fianacial supporting program and framework can provide stable premise and foundation,Only efficient financial support can promote northeast region remove,use all the resourse better.This paper introduced the current situation of northease region then retrospect the glory of northeast region, discussed the influence of downturn economics, analysed all classes of conditions of economy rehabilitation in northeast region.Then on the base of related theories, use regression method to prove financial scale in northeast region now restrict the development of economy,use the data of GDP,investment ratio,non-state-owned investment ratio,real rate,fianacial interrelative raito ect.Then analysed the reasons of financial promblems in northeast region, mainly shortage of financial scale and low of financial efficiency,The main reasons are:the level of financial deepen is low; the direct contribution ratio of finance is low; shortage of financial property and outflow of property coexit; lack of financial institution lead to insufficient of financial vigorous; low quality of financial lead to bad management benefit of banking;configuration unbalance of financial resource and"Lock-in effect"coexit; the charactors of oligopoly in banking made the marketization level low; capital market developed lag behind.At last, put forward corresponding countermeasure, mainly:perfection financial organizational system in northeast region;cultivation captial market, promote direct finance;putting into practice of the financial countermeasure;build financial certer in northeast region.
